Great resouce
Great resource, not the only website based on VoIP but does have a whole lot of info and easy to navigate. Tonnes of reviews which is nice. I knew I could save a bunch of money moving to VoIP but I had no idea there were so many providers. Nice to have that list in one place.

Voiplink is not reliable company
I was searching VOIP equipaments through out the internet and I was hopping to have better prices because I would be expending around U$ 85,000 in Voip equipaments. Marian Cruz was my first contact and I was not willing to pay Brazil's tax ( 78 % ) I asked her if that would be possible to declare a little less than the original price. She always have been said that "yes" so I took the decision of buying just 01 Sangoma card U$ 832,75 instead. She lied and said that it was declared as U$ 389,00...I received the purchase here and I had to pay extra R$ 694,00 because she did not declare anything. None declaration. Can you imagine if I had expent U$ 85,000 ? plus 78 % tax...She just wanted to get the sell. Please do not buy from this company because they do not keep any deal.

Simply awesome!

I've been with Vocalocity for a year now and have had very few issues. There was an outage that was pretty bad in February but since then I have not experienced any issues that have interrupted business. I am always pleased when I speak with customer service representatives and the price is great. Vocalocity is a good choice for anyone running a small business.

Great Service
Vocalocity has way exceeded my expectations for phone service. I have been with them for over 3 months and have not had a single problem with my service. I would definitely recommend the Polycom SoundPoint line of phones, they have been working phenomenally. On top of the impeccable service its cheap to boot, Vocalocity provides a great service.

Great Price and Product
Vocalocity is definitely the price leader as well as the technology leader for small businesses. They are infinitely scalable and are the most cost effective solution for organizations who need 20 phones or less. The sound quality is a little shaky at times but I have heard that with DSL it can be that way sometimes. Customer service is friendly and the sponsored phones are high quality. Best choice for small business.

These guys offer the lowest international rates I have found on the web for VOIP Service. All you need is their adapter, which is free, and you can call a ton of places around the world under your plan or pay pennies to call less common places. its great!
